Accounting Software Built for Travel Agencies in Nepal

Air ticket billing for one passenger or a group, refunds, airline ledgers, BSP checks and tours, in any currency and IRD's bill format.

From the makers of TravelMan

CAS360 is the web-based successor to TravelMan, used by 220+ travel agencies in Nepal. Moving from TravelMan? We plan the move and train your staff. Our story

Air tickets

Fare and taxes on separate lines

The fare is taxable; fuel surcharge and airport taxes are not. CAS360 keeps them apart, so your VAT register and margins are right.

Post the purchase, then create the sale from it with one click. Ticket Search shows each ticket's sale, cost and margin. Product Accounting groups sales by airline or flight date.

Group billing

Bill a group of eight in one save

Paste the names from Excel and type the first ticket number; the rest follow. Save one invoice for the group, or one for each passenger.

The whole invoice can be typed without the mouse.

Ledgers and refunds

What each airline and customer owes

Airline and customer ledgers

A ledger and Party Statement for every party. Each airline can post to its own sales and purchase ledger.

Refunds and cancellations

Refund with a credit note against the ticket's invoice, less any penalty. An airline refund is a purchase return.

Any currency

Sell and buy in any currency. Nepal Rastra Bank's rates come in daily, kept by date.

Credit control

Credit limits, ageing and a call list. Email reminders on paid plans.

BSP and GDS

BSP reconciliation and GDS ticket import

BSP: import the BSPlink statement and match each line to your purchases. ADM, ACM, commission and the BSP payment are posted when you ask. On request.

GDS (Enterprise): Galileo and Sabre ticket files become purchase invoices. Amadeus is not supported yet.

IRD

IRD compliant on every plan

VAT registers, Anusuchi 5 and 6, BS dates, counted copies and kept cancellations. Bills go to CBMS on Enterprise. More on IRD

Questions
